Merlatrans has, from its origins, specialized in the transport of goods between Morocco and Europe. We therefore understand perfectly the legislative and the cultural peculiarities of the country that make it particularly complex for the transit, import and export of goods.

We have offices in the city of Tangier and the new port of TANGER MED, with four people in charge of vehicular traffic between Spain and Morocco. We also have a partner in Agadir whose premises cover 27.000m2, including a workshop, truck wash, and logistics and distribution facilities.

Our traffic is directed from all over Central Europe and Spain to the main cities of Morocco; from Tangier to Agadir. We transport any type of non ADR merchandise that can be carried in our rear loading vehicles. We have accreditation in TIR, allowing us to make shipments via Morocco’s principle customs offices apart from those in Tangiers. If you do not have a forwarder we can confidently provide you with ours.

For transit via Algeciras we can provide clearance at destination

Merlatrans has the EORI code that binding in any customs operation with Morocco. All our collaborators have the Partnership Agreement with our company that is required by the Moroccan Customs Authorities, and Authorizations MA that is issued by the Development Ministry.

Our carrying service operates with a modern fleet of 100 refrigerated trailers and, supported by our team of 60 people, we ensure the continuing success of our service.
